Welcome to the Colorado Center For Pediatric Learning and Development

As teachers, you are faced with the challenge of teaching children with different learning styles and personalities in such a way that each one reaches her fullest potential. This can be exceptionally challenging when children in your classroom have sensory processing or motor difficulties. These children may need a disproportionate amount of your time and focus, time that could be more efficiently spent on activities that benefit all of the children in your classroom.

Our treatment programs are developed to help each child grow and learn in all aspects of her daily life, including the classroom setting. Our staff of experienced therapists work with you when designing home and community-based occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech and language therapy programs for children with sensory processing difficulties and developmental disabilities.
Please browse through our site and allow us to provide you with more information on the children in your classroom who may have or do have a developmental disability.
