Lynda joined CCPLD in 2021 after relocating from Illinois. Lynda has over 30 years of experience in the field, including NICU, pediatric outpatient hospitals, private clinics, early intervention home services, childcare centers, and preschools. Lynda was a clinical instructor at Northwestern University for 15 years, both in the clinic and in the classroom, teaching classes on feeding and early intervention. She specializes in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, motor speech disorders, language delays and disorders, articulation disorders and caregiver coaching. She has experience working with a variety of medical diagnosis. Lynda believes in a relationship-based approach to working with children, in which their individual differences are celebrated and the avenue to their continued growth is based on their learning style. Partnering with families and caregivers is an important part in supporting progress towards goals. In her free time, Lynda enjoys traveling and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
