Karin Phillips is a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist with over 15 years of hands-on experience working directly with children from birth through early adolescence to support their growth, development, and success in everyday activities. Throughout her career, she has provided individualized, evidence-based therapy to help children overcome challenges related to executive function, sensory processing, ADHD, fine motor skills, and developmental delays, empowering them to participate more fully and confidently at home, in school, and in their communities. Earning her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Karin is currently pursuing her post-professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate from Boston University, with completion anticipated in summer 2026. As a Certified ADHD-Rehabilitation Services Provider, she brings specialized expertise in attention-related interventions to her practice, with particular focus on executive function development during the critical preschool years. Karin's approach is rooted in real-world clinical experience, grounded in evidence, and deeply attuned to the developmental needs of young learners. She specializes in supporting children with diverse conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, handwriting difficulties, and other neurological conditions, integrating family-centered care with engaging, play-based therapeutic interventions. Her therapeutic philosophy emphasizes collaborative care and cultural responsiveness, working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that honor each child's unique strengths and background. She lives in Bailey, Colorado, with her husband.
